In 2018, recreational cannabis became legal in the state of Massachusetts, but for nearly ten years, medical marijuana patients have been able to access their medicine in the Bay State. We believe that safe and legal cannabis should be accessible, which is why we opened our doors to medical patients in December of 2019 and adult-use customers in 2020. We’re committed to providing top-quality cannabis products to Massachusetts, and in 2021 our hard work paid off when we were voted “Best cannabis dispensary by the Taunton Daily Gazette.”

Special promos for medical patients and veterans
The very first sale of recreational cannabis on the East Coast was in Massachusetts: on November 20, 2018, a veteran of the Iraq War made his historic purchase at a dispensary in Leicester. We’ve carried on that tradition by serving our veterans the best way possible by offering a promo for medical patients who are veterans at 25% off daily, and 35% off every Wednesday.
Our Warrior Wednesdays boast the highest veterans promo in the state of Massachusetts, because at Panacea Wellness, we believe that every veteran should have access to safe and affordable cannabis.
